Brand-new condition!

The Cybex Prestige Triceps Extension definitely surprised me. I’m usually not a huge fan of triceps machines with parallel arms because they can limit full extension and make it harder to properly target the long head.

That said, this machine has an excellent resistance profile and feels much better than I expected.

I personally avoid fully extending my arms during the movement because I start to lose tension in the triceps and feel more involvement from the shoulders. Finding the right seat position is also important to get the most out of the machine.
