I consider the Nautilus Xpload Incline Chest, together with the Xpload Vertical Chest, to be among the best and most complete plate-loaded chest presses ever made — yes, I like them even more than the Leverage. 👀

What makes this machine stand out:

💪 Adjustable seat & back pad

🔥 Excellent converging movement

🎯 Heavy at the bottom, lighter through the shortened position

💥 Great stretch + powerful squeeze

🏆 Both grip options allow you to find the position that works best for you

One interesting feature is the back-pad adjustment range. At its highest setting, you could technically use it for a shoulder-press variation. Personally, though, I don’t think that’s the ideal position for either movement — if you want a shoulder press, use a dedicated shoulder press. 😄

I’ve tried plenty of hyped machines that didn’t live up to expectations once I actually used them.
