A classic old-school design with a small footprint and an incredibly effective movement.

The Cybex Plate-Loaded Advanced Incline Press features adjustable starting positions, allowing users to customize their setup and find a comfortable starting point based on their individual mobility and training preferences.

In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated incline press machines out there. The movement isn’t easy, and that’s part of what makes it special. It demands control and proper technique rather than simply moving weight from point A to point B.

The pressing motion offers a level of freedom that comes surprisingly close to a dumbbell incline press, allowing for a more natural-feeling movement than many fixed-path machines.

If you know how to properly isolate your chest and maintain tension throughout the rep, this machine could quickly become one of your favorite incline pressing options.

Completely restored and increasingly difficult to find, this Cybex classic is an excellent addition to any serious strength-training facility.
