One of the best plate-loaded rowing machines you’ll ever try!

Completely restored and ready for its next home, this Cybex Plate-Loaded Row delivers an exceptional back-training experience with a distinctive resistance profile that sets it apart from other rowing machines.

Unlike the Cybex VR2 Row, this machine becomes significantly more challenging as you pull into the contracted position, while the resistance feels lighter in the stretched position. The result is a unique, demanding movement that makes every rep count.

Three plates per side can feel like five on other machines, so don’t let its compact footprint fool you. This row gets heavy quickly while delivering an incredible feel throughout the movement.

With its small footprint, distinctive biomechanics, and complete restoration, this is a standout piece for serious lifters, private training facilities, and collectors of classic commercial gym equipment.

No longer available new from the manufacturer and increasingly difficult to find, the Cybex Plate-Loaded Row is a rare opportunity to own a classic machine that offers something genuinely different.
